In the last one month I had to return a cracked slide on an MK9 to Kahr for replacement - only the slide was sent; I also had to return a RAMI to CZ for replacement due to a defect they could not fix.  Good service from both companies and Kahr sent me a new slide (only a slide); CZ returned a new firearm.  The UPS from Kahr was not left on the first attempt because they required a signature, got it the second day.  The firearm from CZ was just left by my door.  A tale of two companies and perhaps the environs in which they operate.

No point to make here just something I found curious - I would have thought it would be the other way around.
