I would like to purchase one of these pistols after reading up on them.  Looking for a soft shooting, 32 thats not a micro sized gun.  I know this gun is no longer in production, but any idea where I might find one?  How much do these go for?

Get one in .380.

copedist has them for less than $175 on Gumbrokeme.

I picked one up when I heard they were being discontinued from Buds. I've not seen one for sale since.

Your best bet is to scour River of Guns:

And set up some custom searches on Gunbroker.

For whatever strange reason, this isn't as soft shooting as you might expect. I do like the CZ-83; however, I found that the Walther PPK(/S) is much softer shooting. However, the Walther also needs sight upgrades and the older ones need beavertails added (YMMV).
