It's fairly straightforward. Buy a 9mm conversion barrel and use G19 mags. Some people report that G23 mags work OK also. Most times this combo will run smoothly right out of the box. Sometimes a 100-200 rnd. break in period is required.
You don't have to change the extractor/ejector to get good results. Some folks do and, while it certainly doesn't hurt anything, it's not necessary for good results. Lone Wolf Dist., Olympic Arms, KKM, all make conversion barrels |
