They look a bit cheesy to me. I use Bianchi leather for carry and a leather-lined Kydex for range.

I tried to use one.
It was very concealable.
But no matter what I did,
it was a royal pain in the ass to unholster
the Glock with it.
It refused to budge.
So I went with a leather Galco Concealable

Wore the belt slide-type Glock holster for a couple years (LEO) off duty and to court and such. I still do on occasion(off duty). I think it is a great holster. I never had any problems with mine and I thought it was very comfortable.

My .02$.....

I wear the belt slide holster all the time. I wear it off duty (LEO) and wear it to the range when we qualify for work and love it. It conceals very well and I have never had any problems w/ retention.
