So I decided to go through OMB/Express Police Supply's clearance Glock parts and stock up my parts bin- extractors, springs, slide stops, etc. Some parts were model specific (trigger bar assemblies, extractors) for my collection 'o Glocks.
Order arrived today - all the parts (almost two dozen) were crammed into a single tiny ziploc bag. Thanks guys.
Most of the parts are obviously classifiable, but I bought LCI extractors for both a G30 and G23, which had different part numbers, and dimensionally they look awfully close. One is marked "14" on the inside web, the other "15". (No help from the digits in the OMB SKU codes.)
Sooo, I say, "let's look at the existing parts". Quick disassembly...
My 2004-era G23 extractor: marked a very "blobby" (I think) "16".
My 2009 G30: marked "11".
So now I'm confused.
1) Which extractors are which?
2) Are these extractors ok to use, i.e. current parts? (each extractor was only $15 w/ free shipping, so I'm not out that much.) I'm more annoyed OMB couldn't have spared an extra parts bag for identical looking parts...
How about you call them and ask?
omb sucks the d&*k. brownells schematics search should help. Click on "fits" to verify which part is which.
