Supposedly SPC had some factory barrels awhile back. I seem to recall that it was a discontinued item and they were selling for about $250. They weren't a big seller, so they may still have one. Other than that, Jarvis sells a .357 Sig barrel for the USP.

I would imagine Bar-Sto does as well. Or check out Brownells catalog.

I'm pretty sure Barsto has discontinued making any USP barrels (I have no idea why).
