For a Beretta 92 Vertec
Stainless with adjustable rear sight, 95% or better condition but only one mag and no box.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's 95% & not better? If it is better, it's ok. You're not getting raped nor are you getting a steal & sometimes that's all one can hope for, IMO.

If it is in fact 95%, $400 even would be better, IMO.

Hi-caps are going for $20 each now, so you can easily stock up on them.
