I'm leaning toward 155, the figues I looked it has it running around 100 fps faster with more energy/equal expansion. Thoughts?

180's, you're looking at paper energy, check your other thread.

I only shoot 40 for USPSA and shoot 180s. A little slower, heavier bullet gets me less recoil but keeps me in Major power factor for scoring.

When you want to show some luv, though, nuthin' says luvin' like 230 JHP in the oven. 45ACP baby.

165.

The 165s were developed because the 155s tended to not quite meet the 12" penetration required by the FBI/IWBA.

165s. The middle ground is good. Kinda like how most of the best 9mm SD rounds are 124 and 147 not 115.

Depends on the particular ammunition; notice that the only recommended HST is 180 grain.
