As you may have read in an earlier post, I was having a helluva time finding the right recoil spring for my C7.45.

Brownells sent me three springs they swore would fit, but none of them did. No bad for Brownells, though. They were great and very helpful.

Anyway, I finally called Para and talked to one of their pistolsmiths. After describing my dilemma, he asked for my serial number. When I told him, he said "Whoa, we've done all kinds of upgrades to the recoil system and the LDA since then, send it in..."

So I did--got it back two days later. Upgraded LDA, feed ramp polished, and a completely new 2 spring recoil system.

All for free.

Now, that's customer service.
