I don't think there is a 20 gauge shotgun revolver.
There was a .45 Colt/.410 revolver made a few years ago.

the magnum research bfr can be had in .45lc/.410ga but that is single action.

the taurus 4410 or 44 ten--seen it both ways on their website--can shoot both.  it is sa/da.  but it is a brand new model that isn't even on the market yet.

i have seen other .45lc/.410ga revolvers from time to time pop up but they seem to come and go.

I don't know how to do a hyperlink, but here's the companys website, and it's a .410/.45LC:

Yup, I think if you check out the special features, he names it.  Thunder 5.

Yep, couldn't think of the name.
The Thunder Five is chambered for the .45 Colt, and will shoot the .410.
The barrel is rifled.

It was also optimistically chambered in the 45-70 rifle round.

It looks like a cartoon drawing of a revolver.
Quality is said to be suspect.

The Taurus is on the market, I had a look at one at the last gunshow I was at. Looks like it is built on a medium sized frame and felt halfway decent in the hand. The only thing that gave it away was that really long cylinder.

The only revolver that I know that is chambered for the 20ga is the precussion cap LaMat SA series.

The Street Sweeper was a 12ga 12 shot revolver. I don't think I would call it a handgun, but now it is a DD NFA weapon
