Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which night sights for my 1911?

Duh! How could I forget? Anyhow I just picked up my Dan Wesson Firearms Pointman Guardian Duce w/ fixed sights. I took it to the range once and realized I want/need nightsights...which ones should I get?

I jsut put a set of Novak night sights onmy 1911 and I love them, other than that I have had Meprolights (mediocre) and Trijicon (not bad...)

Looking at the pictures in the catalog, it appears to have unique sights(to DW),the front is removable. The rear look like Novaks but I cant tell if its a standard dovetail. Let your fingers do the walking, make some calls, you may have to send the slide out. I dont see any listed in their parts either. Best of luck on that project. Sure is a looker.
