Specifically, I am looking for an HK USP 9mm lanyard loop insert. I have checked the websites that came to mind as well as doing a google search. I cant find one for sale. Does HK sell directly?

I think I have lanyard loop block sitting around here somewhere for your application.  $10 shipped via Paypal and it's yours.  Check your manual and tell me which part number you are after.
