Should I order from them or are there dealers that sell below the price on Wilsons website or anything?

Check with your local FFL and see what kind of deal he'd be willing to make.  What Wilson lists is simply MSRP, and is flexible, much like the MSRP of a car.

Master dealers get better price breaks than any other FFL.

I have 2 master dealers. One is the palace with everything in stock (I oggle and fondle there then take my business elswhere where they deal reasonably w the customer). The other is pretty reasonable. A good discount pawnshop (non master dealer) that was willing to order for price +10% was less than #1 and more than #2.

So Master dealers have the best prices (for them) but they may/may not pass the savings to you.

I bought my CQB last January(2005) from "Bear Arms'' gun shop in Arizona. One of the members on this board sent me that way and gave me the phone number.  Excellent service, polite and professional. Great price and even had a bunch in stock.

I use Morris sporting goods.  He is a great dealer/FFL.  Everything is cheaper if I use him.  I just wasn't sure if that was MSRP or what they actually sold for.

Bear Arms can be reached at 480-998-2727.

Check with Terrence P. Peters from PT Partners.

I'd have to second that. Bare Arms is where I get most of my gun related products.

Bear Arms just called to tell me it would be $2250

There are 2 dealers on gunsamerica.com with it for $2k.  I think I'll just wait on the price I get from Morris Sporting Goods.

Isn't (or at least wasn't) MTPockets a Wilson dealer?

I just talked to my friend Billy.  He's got a 5" CQB and bought it new about a year ago from Bauchman Gun and Pawn in Dallas, Texas.  He said the price was about $1,900.00.

$2,200 seems like a good deal--for Bear Arms!

Wow, that's higher than I paid for it there. I got mine Jan of 05, and paid 1995.  Great service and polite and professional.  too bad it went up that high.

Check with "Ed."  His contact info is always on the front cover of SGN.  His ad says something along the lines of "Kimber/Wilson Master Dealer," "call me last for best price."

I ordered a Kimber Warrior from him and he truly did have the best price.  He simply asks what is the best price I have found and then cuts it by $5-$10.  So, be prepared to tell him what prices you have found.  It pays to do your homework.

Good luck.

I think Wilson just recently went through a price increase if I'm not mistaken.  I recently bought a CQB $1899 and they seem to be well over $2k now.

Here you go:

CQB Full Size #WCQB-T-A  was $1950 - now $2150

Protector Stainless 2 Tone was $2045 - now $2245

#47D 8 RD Magazine was $27.95 - now $29.95

I paid $1950 shipped for my CBQ stainless compact.  It was the cheapest I could find it but there weren't to many dealers that had them yet so I figured it might be high.  It's a great pistola though.

You should do a search on Gunsamerica.com for "Wilson CQB Compact" again.

I did and didn't find any cbq compacts in stainless for cheaper.  There is a two tone that is a steal right now compared to the current prices.
