Can joe q public own a 12 rd 357sig mag for his 226?

Umm......

A year and two days ago, the assault weapons ban of 1994 was let to "sunset".

This was huge news in the shooting industry.

This meant that all of the "EVIL" features of "ASSAULT WEAPONS" were once again allowed, such as high capacity magazines, folding and collapsable rifle stocks, flash hiders, and bayonet lugs, among others.

State and local laws still apply, so check them out before you buy something or make any changes.

Dude, where in CO do you live, on top of a mountain with no internet access???

Yes, you can own any capacity magazine you want.  If it says LE ONLY, RESTRICTED, etc....you can still own it.  Sig hasn't updated their entire site yet, amazingly enough, the ban has only been dead a WHOLE YEAR!
