I put this on the 941 site, but I may get more responses here.  I'm just curious as to what role your Jericho serves?  Does anyone CC theirs?  Is the steel frame version a bit heavy for this?  Anyone purchase the steel frame version and regret it because of the weight?

I'll bite. I have steel compact Baby Eagle in 9mm. I bought it because I can never say no to Israeli guns. I have CCW'ed it a few times but usually carry my Glock 23. I'm not hip on an external safety. If it was the only pistol that I owned I would CCW it for sure.

I got the steel frame .45 with rails. It's mostly there for home defense. I have a holster for it but I don't open carry and I haven't done my CCW yet. I may get a IWB holster and carry concealed during the winter when I get a CCW. I specifically wanted all steel for the weight. Heavy things hurt more when you hit things with them. I am not a small man.

I'm getting a Walther PPS 9mm which will probably be my primary for when I get the CCW.

I have a full size steel BE that I carry in a Milt Sparks IWB. I carry it mostly in the winter so as not to sweat on it. The weight doesn't bother me.

I worked in a cash vault for a while where I had to be armed. I carried a polished chrome .45 in a custom Bullman Leather hip holster. Wonderful holster and really didn't notice the weight durring the course of the day. Now it spends more time in the safe than anything else but does see the occasional range day. I find it strange that BE's have such a small following.

Both my 9 and 45 live in my safe.

I guess I could CCW the 9 if I had a good IWB holster for it.

Does Milt Sparks offer their VMII for it?

My dad's is his truck gun.  Usually it is covered with sawdust and old oil.  Always works though.

Mine is a safe queen as well.  It is a great pistol, reliable, accurate and a pleasure to shoot.  Unfortunately each of these traits fit most of the pistols in my safe and thus it has never made it on a hunting trip or CC.  It is a great pistol and makes it to the range often but it will most likely never go further than that.

I keep my BE 9mm loaded in my rec room.  It's a great gun, has thousands of rounds through it.  My dad used to carry it at work.  He has a S&W MP .40, but still says he loves my BE better.

I have a steel 9mm compact, I OC it, CC it and take it on nature hikes.

I've got a full sized steel .45. It was the first gun I ever purchased and I've never regretted it. It shoots really nice. I keep it on my night stand and it's my hiking/camping gun until I get a big revolver. My CCW is a compact Sig 1911. I could probably get away with CCW the BE but I'd have to really dress around it.

My BE is the full size all steel in 9mm. It is my HD backing up my Remington 870 P.

Israeli-made FSS (short barrel, short grip) 9mm, w/safety ( not decocker), all steel (plenty of "thunkability") and lives by the bed with an extra mag & flashlight when it's not on a road trip.

Like posted above, is a back-up to my 22" 12 ga, a '97 Win w/5, 00 buck loads.
