I picked up a case of Federal American Eagle at the last show I went to.

I usually get PMC.  It's usually the cheapest factory ammo around here (around $12/box).  Sometimes at the gunshow I'll pick up 100 or so rounds of remanufactured ammo for cheap, and the guy I get them from (CCC) does good.  They all work fine with no problems.

But, I load my own mostly.  I've used 185gr LSWC, 200gr LFP, and just got in a box of Rainier 230gr plated bullets.  I loaded up 400 already, but I need to test the load... it may be a little on the hot side!  Save beaucoup $$ by reloading, and with the RL550 I have, I crank 'em out at about 2-300 per hour.

When I bought factory ammo...I used to shoot PMP (S. African 220 gr.) because it was often on sale for a great price at CAI.
I now "roll my own" and like Rainier 200 grain flat point (conical) bullets.  Rainier make good bullets.

Whatever's non-corrosive, NOT WOLF, and cheap.

Usually PMP/PMC,UMC...I'm not much of a blazer fan either, but i'll take blazer over wolf any day.

I typically buy Federal AE for all my calibers but I got a few boxes of PMC for 7.99/50 a while back and I just picked up some Samson (IMI) 230gr FMJ and 185gr JHP for a good price.
Fiocchi is good stuff too.

WOLF!
It's cheap and has always worked great.  Does burn a little dirtier, though.

I got a really good deal on a bunch of Speer Lawman a while back. I'm down to one last box now. Usually, it's PMC, UMC, or whatever is cheap that day.

For carry I use 230gr Hydra-shock. I spent a bundle on them to verify reliability. They run flawlessly in both my Para 1445 and my G30.
