Due to the recent price hike at wally world of 9mm 100 rd vale packs of WWB, UMC, Blazer brass, and WWB are now pretty much the same price. My question is between the 3 which is best? Accuracy, velocity, and cleanliness would be the 3 factors for me.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know if you can get decent brass cased ammo online shipped to me for less than $115 per thousand rounds?

$115 is a bit optimistic by about $20.  i can get 1000 rounds of blazer brass at my door for just under $130.  that is what i am shooting these days.  but the price at natchez might be going up soon as ammo prices across the board is being bumped up.  umc is junk and wwb is ok if i run out of the good stuff.  one other you might want to look at is sellier & bellot.  it is czech and i think its about the same as wwb but waterproofed.  and the price is usually just a few cents more than blazer brass.  i have run a couple thousand rounds of s&b through a few different pistols and only run into 2 hard primers on really cold days.  but they went off the second time.
