The Marine Corps as whole will still be issued and carry the M9. this pistol is for MEUSOC/Force Recon guys.

i put a few mags through one at the Colt bay at the LE/MIL range day at SHOT last monday.
meh- it was ok. decent trigger for a series 80 safety, but still very noticable that its not a series 70 gun. that and the lack of frontstrap checkering... i dont see $1900.00 worth of 1911 in it. i may be biased, but the gun is not up to the level of a Springer MC Operator, and its about $700 more expensive! |
