Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Two-Tone Desert Eagle 44 Magnum

Picked up a Desert Eagle 44 Magnum last week.  It's a Mark VII, with a blue slide and a light gray frame.  Never seen one like this.  I'm familiar with the all blue, all chrome, and all gold finish.  Not familiar with the blue slide, light gray frame finish though.  Anything significant about it?  Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Probably a replacement slide.  Might have been a different caliber originally.

I think it is a stainless slide with a blued upper barrel. I have seen them around while shopping for mine.
