Without going into detail, I just want to give Kimber a big Thank You.  I had a minor detail with my Desert Warrior that is more than 3 years old.  I emailed Kimber Monday in the evening and by 4pm Tuesday, Ann from Customer Svc. had already emailed me back and solved my problem going way beyond my expectations.  The pistol in general has far exceeded my expectations as well.  It is my primary carry weapon and has functioned flawlessly for years.  It's not often that I find a company that stands behind their products and goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer.  Makes my next purchase (Custom Carry II) an easy one.  Actually had one in my hands at a new shop Tuesday afternoon debating it before receiving the email.

Where did you find an email address, I looked all over their site and saw nothing...?

They took their email down. Phone svc only now. I do have Ann's email she's the customer svc manager.  I told her I wouldn't increase her workload but if you have a legitimate problem email me and I'll give it to you

Ann is good people.  She genuinely cares about the customer and wants to make sure everyone's happy at the end of the day.

I continue to see people slam Kimber's customer service, but I've had several occasions to call them in recent years and always found them to be polite, professional, responsive, and they fixed my problems.  What's not to like?  And this includes interaction with Dennis Madonia, too.

My experience with them could not possibly have been better.  Absolutely top-notch.
