Got the blade tech in today. I was worried at first that it didn't fit but once I adjust everything it fits/retains perfectly. Into the carry rotation it goes.
Very quality holster IMO. I have the same one for my CZ SP-01 and it's been great.

I'm not sure, just look on their site, they have it under "FNH P45" OR something like that. just specify its the tac model and to accommodate a RDS and they build it for you.
