Will it be a good complement to my HK45T with the LEM trigger.

Definitely  ... maybe...

I like the HK45, and traded my P2000sk for a P30sk.

Why the switch?

The 2000 grip is simply too small front to rear, while flat for me.

The middle of my palms don't touch the grip.
So shot times are slower and grip readjustment is frequently needed.

The 30 has way better grip with the adjustable side panels.
The longer slide releases,  bigger mag release also allows for faster drills with the 30.
Finally,  the 2000's pointlessly angled trigger guard front strap prevents some weapon lights from mounting close enough to reach without shifting your grip.
You have to shop carefully.

OTOH, The HK45's grips are long enough front/back that they are just fine with small-medium back straps.
My 1911s run with slim grips, so the older HK45c is GTG as well.

I prefer the p2000sk to the p30sk. Have both, carried and shot both a lot.

The grip of the p30sk is more aggressive, and not nearly as comfortable IWB. Let's be honest, most carry guns will be carried frequently, and never used defensively. I feel the aggressive texture isn't truly needed on a concealed carry weapon.

The p2000sk is slightly thinner on the sides and front to back. I carry mine with the large back strap on it. The palm swell on the p30sk feels enormous with the large backstrap on, as they are shaped differently.

I prefer the slim, and almost useless rail on the p2000sk. I don't conceal carry with a flashlight, my funeral I know.

Lastly the p2000 series just *feels* more solid. I don't know how to describe it, but hold them both side by side. Im not alone in this, quite a few people on hkpro have said the same thing.

I bought the 2000SK for $604 and got the rebate to get extra mags.  I bought the 12rd vp9sk and 17rd vp9 mags with spacer and they fit perfect.

The 15 round SK mag and the 12rnd, with the rubber pinky extension, are my favorites.

EGW makes a robust RDS plate to replace the rear sight.
P30L users have run it through +20K rounds  in competitions and a 2oz Trijicon SRO + metal shroud on it without it breaking.

So whatever you choose for a CCW RDS, would be GTG.

My 2 cents  FWIW

...shot both of these back to back, p2ksk and p30sk-s

for some weird reason, I shot the p2ksk better with the flush fit mag versus the pinky version, and the p30sks only has pinky mags (for now)

both were deadly accurate up to 10 yards, then my old eyes crapped out and the range was closing for the night.

It's all relative, I don't have large hands, rather quite average to smallish slim hands, normal palms with below average fingers.

Picked it up yesterday and played with the backstraps.

Trigger is about what I thought maybe a little heavier uncocked than id like.  Cocked is definitely shootable.

I think the mag release is way too small.  Easily changed?

The larger HK45 mag release lever is a direct swap in.

I don't know what springs come in DA SA.
But swapping the out, is how you adjust the trigger pull feel.

Perhaps someone else can help.

Large just beat out Medium and the other two were eliminated at first feel, although I thought id like XL but it was a definite no go.

The slide is bulkier than i imagined and it feels very top heavy with unloaded mags.

Only thing to change on the SK is the Trigger Reset Spring and maybe get a Gray Guns Short reset kit.  Definitely get the tool for the TRS.

I was under the impression that USPc, P2000, P30, and VP9 all use the same pattern magazines, just of varying lengths. In 9mm atleast. The full-size USP9 being excluded because it uses it's own polymer wrapped mags. Can't you use the flush P2000sk mags in the P30sk? Or atleast the basepads?

You can run any p2000/ p30/ VP9 in your sk.
10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 20 are all GTG.

The P2000 rubber 1/2 finger extension is my favorite baseplate for the flush fit 10/12 round magazines.
You just have to trim the front corners of the P2000 baseplate to fit in the p30sk magwell.
