Have you tried the Surefire web site?

I used a SureFire 6Z when I carried the 239 as my plainclothes weapon. IMHO, if you try to MOUNT a light on the 239, you're taking away a lot of the advantages of the 239, ie: slim profile for easy concealment, balance, and light weight.

Once you use a 6Z, you will find it very natural to use the "syringe" grip in a two-hand hold.

The advantages to using a separate light are that you can light something or someone WITHOUT pointing a loaded weapon at it.

I encourage you to do what you think is best, as firearms and flashlights are very subjective opinions. I know that you have put some thought in this, and go for quality, as SIG and SureFire are high-quality products.

Good luck!

Fair enough. Let me look into it, and I'll get back to you. GOOD ON YOU for taking care of the g/f!

Here's one possibility: If you have a flashlight, this one mount mounts on the magazine: 216.53.161.177/merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Return_Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=TFS&Category_Code=21&Product_Code=Model+%23+10302
You can then use the magazine as a grip for the light, if you need another use for the light.
