Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Super .38? searched and nothing

I was watching the History channel Thursday and they were talking about pistol calibers in one of their tales of the gun episodes and several mentioned a super .38
I never heard of this could they have been talking about the .38 super and just gotten things assbackwards?
