Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Strange observance with Blazer Brass

I use Blazer Brass for plinking with my Sig 220 and 1911 since it's relatively cheap and VERY accurate through my guns.  The Sig loves it.  I got my last box from Wal-Mart and noticed something weird.  Usually the brass will be headstamped CCI 45 AUTO or something to that effect.  This last time it had SPEER 45 AUTO.  First time I've ever seen that happen.  Yeah, I know CCI and Speer are owned by the same company but it was just odd.  Anybody ever have this same thing happen to them?  MJD

being that it's bargain ammo, i would assume they use whatever brass was laying around.
