Trijicon RMR Type 2, 3.25 MOA, adjustable LED.
The type two "solved the problem" with the flickering of of the type 1s.
3.25 MOA is the best IMHO. If you want a bigger dot, you ban adjust the intensity up and it will appear bigger. If you were to get the 6MOA, you wouldn't be able to smaller.
Adjustable LED. I like to be in control of the dot intensity of my sight.

I really like my FNX Tactical, I don’t shoot it as much as I should. It’s an excellent RMR and suppressor host.

It’s got to be the most amazing pistol no one has ever heard of.

Still using irons on mine. Sumbitch is heavy when it's fully loaded & carrying two extra mags. Makes me glad I have a good belt.

Mine is accurate as guns costing a LOT more, IMO.

I'm partial to the RM08G's. The green triangle
shows up better for me in most environments,
and the top tip of the triangle makes for a real
fine aiming point.

NV compatible, as well.
