Yes, all the two-screw type bumper will fit all of the standard two-hole bottom welded mags.
Regarding the pachmayr ones, they are on the thin side, and I prefer a thick/longer style for when the mag for free drops, plus it gives the needed added length when the mags are used in a pistol with a mag well.

Brownells has a listing for some rubber ones (name brand), but at $8 retail, over half of the money is just the name brander just repacking them (should be able to pick them up for around $4 each with screws).
And,
I can't remember if it's a 4-40 or 3-32 tap (been using 47's for way too long), but don't use the screws to make the threads in the holes, even if they are the self taping ones. Use a tap instead since it make cleaner threads in the welded mag base and the screw hold much better. Also, figure out the real needed length of the screws before you loctite them in with the pads (read cut the excess threads off the screw that protrude into the mag it's self except for a thread or two). Granted that the tips of the screw protruding into the mag shouldn't cause a problem with the follower/springs, it tears up a curved tip mag cleaning brush real quick when getting all the crap out of the bottom of the mag between runs.
