A friend bought a S&W M&P 9c he say's it's California Compliant.
what does he mean by that. Is it just the mag his hold's 10 not 12. Or is the pistol different from others

Most likely it also has the magazine disconnect. California's latest revisions to the requirements for a pistol to be sold in the state [Called the "Safe Handgun Roster"] now has a requirement that the handgun have a magazine disconnect.
