I have recently purchased a S&W Chiefs Special .45.  One problem I have with this gun is the slides does not lock full back with an empty mag.  Instead of the locking back properly it catches on the follower and you can not drop the mag with out manually locking the slide back.   Even inserting an empty mag and pulling the slide all they way back doesn't lock the slide.

This is the only problem I am having with the gun it feeds and shoots fine.  The gun has about 200 rounds through it.  Is there a simple solution to this issue?  Or will I end up having to send it back to S&W.
