Springfield markets the XML, a small but decently powerful weaponlight that is absolutely perfect for use with subcompacts. Had mine for a couple of years. No problem with standing up to recoil, plenty bright at 60 lumins, good battery life, very nice ergonomics. Price is also good at around 90 bucks.

any suggestions on holsters for the sub with the XML? i got it specifically for the purpose of carrying it concealed,light mounted, so holster suggestions would be much appreciated. thanks again in advance.
