I’m looking for a short trigger for my 225. Other than SIG ARMS, does anyone have a online source that has them in stock?

Probably Brownells (they have a very complete line of Sig parts).

Maybe CDNN (though I really doubt it)?

I haven’t messed with P225’s in well over ten years, but I know back then there was no short trigger available (and IIRC the stock trigger was made of sheet metal).  Granted, very possibly things have changed since then.

They're only available from SIGARMS.  The short trigger is a milled one unlike the stock sheet metal trigger.  Here's one on my 225.
