I sent a GP-100 in to Ruger, they got it on the 7th of June. I got it back, all requested work done at no charge, on the 20th. 13 days turnaround. Not bad huh?
The ejector rod wasn't returning back into the cylinder recess like it was supposed to. I think it was bent or the spring was binding. It also has some unpolished metal on the underside of the backstrap. They corrected everything I mentioned and had it back in a snap. Thanks Ruger!
This revolver is headed to Walter Birdsong to get the Black-T treatment. I plan on doing alot of canoeing/camping/hiking this fall and it will accompany me. Shotshells will be in the first three chambers, .357 Solids in the other three. Hope I never have to use it...

I had a Mark II break an extractor. Fixed in 3 weeks and sent back to me. Ruger is the best.
