Anyone know what the difference of the lower SN guns?

All grips I see are for the 151 and later.

Mine is a 150-XXXXXX

Series 151 & up the top area of the  backstrap is mostly vertical preventing as much muzzle-flip as the pre-151'son which the backstrap slanted forward more.
Small difference, best seen when side-by-side
comparison can be made. Actually few of the pre-151's were made when compared to the 1.2Million
made with the more vertical upper grip
configuration. See the R.L.Wilson book
"Ruger & His Guns" pgs.118-119 for good pix.
