Calling those "neat" is like calling Manson "quirky".... understatement of the year. I'm with Desertmoon.

Is that an indent running along the top line of the slide.  Holy mans that is cool.  But what is the point?  I guess just an accent, eh?  Wow, those are beautiful.

Nice job Jason.  I love the attention to small things.  The flat bottoms on those thumb safeties is a perfect example.

Thanks for the kind words... the "indent" is a machined border to accent and separate the transition between the slide's "flat" and "round". It is often referred to as a "French border" but we don't use that first word around the shop anymore.

As always I appreciate the feedback fella's...

It's not a french border, its a rain gutter!!!!!  Just kidding. Either way it is sharp.  The whole thing.

Who did the anodizing on the Commander?  It's as close a match as I've ever seen.

Those are beautiful Jason, can't wait until my name comes up on your waiting list for you and Ted to do something similar to my Commander.

JasonBurton: Nice job.

Do you have some before pictures of these guns? I would be curious to see what they in their box stock condition.
