I keep getting failure to feed's, usually the first round from the magazine.  I have been told to polish the feed ramp.  I don't own a Dremel tool, and it seems a bit silly to buy one for a one time use.  Is there any other means of polishing the feed ramp?  If not, what is the procedure with the Dremel?  Thanks for any help.

[mocking]Don't....own....a.....dremel???[/mocking]

Buy one; you will certainly find uses for it.    With the dremel, use a felt tip and jewler's rouge to polish the ramp.  Alternatively, you can use a wooden dowel wrapped in cloth with jewler's rouge, but that takes much longer than using the dremel.
