Why did Colt change the adjustable trigger on the recent Gold Cup models? I have also heard thea the trigger grooves in the frame were cut deeper and the GC trigger is wider than the standerd model O, why?

The trigger adjustment screws may have been working loose.  (Mine has not) The triggers on target guns are usually wider, distributing the force against more of the finger giving the illusion of a lighter pull. Instead of installing a trigger shoe, its already there. The grooves in mine were too deep and sharp, so I rounded them down...stainless is so nice.
