Sorry. I don't have any. If you are wondering why I started this it's because I had nothing else to do. Also, If you really want you can post a classy looking gun, but don't put other people's gaudy guns to shame too much. This thread is all about gross symbols of tasteless and extravigant excess.herhe |

  Hand engraved grip screws by JR French. We thought it might be a nice subtle touch.  25lpi checkering and a hand checkered mag release.

Totally pimped-out matching set of Colt Officer's 45 and custom knives, with stingray accessories. All hand inlaid real turquoise, and even a handmade set of real turquoise Novak Lo-Mount sights that were hand carved from blocks of solid turquoise.
Done in Southwest US style pimping. Gun is fully worked-over inside with all custom combat parts, action work, and fitting.  Close-up of gun by itself. Totally pimped. Notice bar of turquoise inlaid into the memory hump of the grip safety. Also, note the arrowhead shaped inlay of turquoise in the bottom of the magazine base. And yes, those Novak's are hand-carved from a solid block of stabilized turquoise. The 3-dots in the sights are inlaid pins of pre-ban elephant ivory. So are the white trigger inlays, and the inlaid white dot in the hammer.  Flip side.  Completely overboard in styling, but very unique nevertheless. Any Mexican would be proud to be shot with this gun. Pic of handmade ATS-34 skinner with handle made from a genuine antique Sperm Whale's tooth, and hand inlaid with tuquoise band. Solid silver guard cap. Handmade stingray sheath. Driftwood and turquoise display stand.  |
