I came across P99 9mm 15 round magazines for $24 at Sportsman's Warehouse in OKC.

44Mag sells them for $39 a piece.

P99 .40 12 round magazines run $33 each at SW, but are also $39 on 44Mag.

Keep in mind these are all factory Walther magaines. What gives? Anyone know a place I can order these mags online for close to the price I paid.

Could SW's price been fouled up? I couldn't believe it when they rang up at only $24 each.

I believe you have encountered a phenomenon known as...

capitalism.

To fully appreciate this you should buy 100 of them and sell them in the E/E for $30/ea giving me some at cost for the suggestion.

SW has been out of P99 mags since, hmmmm

Still hadn't seen them at SW. Ordered them direct from Walther America for full price. About $44 each or something.

Well, you're looking for standard caps, but I bought 6 Walther factory 10-rdrs off EBay for $88 shipped, that worked out to $14.70 or so a piece, way better deal than you'd find anywhere else.

That is a great price at Sportsmans Warehouse. $38-$45 seems to be the standard price for factory P99 mags. Promags can be had cheaper, but the two that I have aren't the most reliable, range mags at most.
