I like the black on black with a little 'gloss' on the slide railes...
I also like the black on grey..i want to keep it unique but classy I really like the one below:  i have searched the photo threads and I am still looking.. You guys have any pics to share that could spark my creativity? |

You might want to check out EGW'w "Etreat". So far it seems to be as tough, if not tougher than hard chrome. George has posted a bit about it on LTW. There are pics on his website.

Here's a couple pics of "Etreat"...
 Here's what George has to say about this pic "First let me say we have done the knife test to this slide over 20 times. the shiny you see is the blade steel rubbing on on the E-treat. Like Hard Chrome, this stuff is hard, Harder than tool steel like you know, Knife blades."  |

I vote for the black on black with a little bit of gloss on the flats of the slide. "Unique" can be done with stocks or such IMO. (Actually I like the looks of the carbon fiber stocks, but have never worked up the nerve to spend $80 or so for a set)

that is what im thinking...
black with some gloss with black frame.. accent it with grips.. If i did the grey frame, that could clash with some grips I have in mind.. |
