HELP! A co-worker is selling a Sig 220 .45, like new, only fired once, with 2 mags. When I asked how much his responce was "Make me an offer!" He also made a point of letting me know he paid $750 for it. He also let me know he took it back to the store he bought it from to make a trade and they told him we've got so many we're not interested. How much should I start at? What's the most I should offer before I walk? Thanks for any help in advance.rocko.

Not knowing where you are located it is hard to give a market price for your area. However it is easy to say that unless it is the P220S model, He paid too much. Even the P220s can be had for less than $750.

You can pickup almost new to nib P220 for $500 to $600. Offer him $500 dollars and go from there but, I wouldnt give much more than that.
