Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need a holster for duty for my 1911?

hi guys I am looking for a nylon holster for my 1911. I prefer one with the jacket slot. I cant find anybody who makes a holster in this style for the 1911. I would like a bianchi holster since all my gear is accumold. If somebody could help me out where I can get one it would really help. Thanks JC

You should consider at least a threat level II holster.

Something like the Safariland 6280 in Nylon-look

The 6280 is a nice piece of gear.  Secure and fast presentation.

Safariland offers the 6280 and the 070.

I much prefer the 6280 - going on 5 yrs now.  

I have a hood guard installed.  A must have.
