That is beautiful.  Please keep us (or at least me!!!) informed on how the finish holds up.  I've been considering sending my Warrior in to have it NP3ed.  I've heard great things about that finish.

NP3 Robar is great.  My P7M8 carried daily, looks like it did when I got it back from Robar 4 years ago.

VERY nice. Beautiful gun. I've been thinking about having my Commander done with this finish. Thanks for the great pics.

By the way, your pic-fu is the bomb!

Nice.

I always have to shake my head when I see other "custom gunsmiths" that checker the end of the slide, off the gun and with the extractor removed.  Once assembled it looks wrong.

That's a nice piece of custom work.

I would highly recommend Robar's NP3 finish.  I live just a few miles from the place and I had my SIG 226 NP3'd.  It is beautiful!  Very slick. They say you don't even need lubricant with this finish.  Only problem I found is that the surface is so slick that the serrations on  the slide are very slick also.  I took some 360 grit emery cloth and roughed the surface, only on the serrations very slightly, and it is tacky enough to give a good grip.

Good people to work with too!

Beautiful gun.

Waiting for the "NP3 Sucks! Crowd" to show up.

My favorite detail on this piece is how you trimmed the thumb safety to just the right size.  This is a detail I see a LOT of folks miss.

Screw ROBAR!!!   Just kidding.  What's the deal with the ROBAR hate?  I haven't heard bad about NP3 specifically, more along the lines of general ROBAR hate.

My dad's old DPS Sig is a two tone NP3 job.  It's a nice looking weapon.

Very nice pistol - makes my boxstock Kimber look like a beater ...

I am considering having a gun done in either NP3 or possibly matt Hard Chrome.
How do these two finishes compare in quality/durability and also in looks ?

Sweet pic's, gun and finish.  I had ROBAR refinish my Kimber TLEII in NP3.  This finish rocks.  I'm in the Coast Guard so I wanted something that would hold up in and around salt water (yes us Coasties do get our feet wet).  I can't say enough about the finish or the company.  Again, very nice work pistolwretch.  Bravo-Zulu
