I purchased my First Glock today after it being on Layaway for what seemed like forever.
It is a Glock 22 - .40 S&W
Used - for $399 Great Condition - Externally
Came with two 10 round magazines
& a Speed Loader
The Funny Part: I bought the two 15 round magazines a month before I even owned the Gun.
So I had two mags sitting around my house just waiting to be used. lol
The man at the counter explained to me that since there was a copper colored grease in there,
it hadn't been shot too many times.
apparently that copper colored grease comes out of the factory & is "extra strength"
So either the person before me never cleaned this gun or it hasnt had too many rounds through it to wear that grease down.
It does look like this gun could use a good cleaning, and re greasing.
Does anyone have any Ideas as to what would be a good grease or lubricant.
And any type of cleaning solution would be helpful.
Are there anything things to look for inside to worry about?
Here are some Pics.
Please note the Amatuer Photos. & Laugh away.
