Pawn shop, instrument case (trumpet, guitar, mandolin, etc).

Rip out the guts, go to wally world and buy foam. Cut with electric or hot knife to fit.

Whala.

Probably could do it for as low as $25 if you're crafty.....plus its discreet.

I would try SKB.  I have two different versions of their cases, they are quality, and some 4-6 pistol cases are under 100 bucks.
