I have a friend that will be putting herself through POST soon and they require either a kydex or leather Level II. She said she searched several hours earlier and when she couldnt find one she called me for help. Well I couldn't find one either. I had originally tried to talk her into a Glock which would have nullified this issue seeing as Level II holsters are a dime a dozen for Glocks. Does anyone know of anything currently in production for the XDm? All and any help is appreciated because as we all know times are tough now and even a used 22 is probably out of the budget.

Safariland makes level II holsters to fit the 5" XD's.  She may just have to get a holster for the 5" model for her 4.5" XDm and live with the extra 1/2" space in the holster.  Might also be worth a call to Safariland to see what they say about that.

Check Serpa out. Not sure if thats the style she is looking for but they do have a level II holster.

Does she have a job yet? Or is she putting herself through the academy then applying for jobs?

My opinion as a POST certified officer, if she is not guaranteed a job yet, she needs to spend as little as possible. No reason to buy an expensive holster just for the academy then have to buy another one for a job.
