A friend is selling a Kimber Custom Shop Elite Carry.

It's a series I gun

Is this a CDP?  It does not say CDP on it BUT it says Custom Shop?

If this is not a CDP did they make the Elite Carry in a Series I or just the series II

What would be the difference in this and a CDP?

Any ball park guess as to value?  It has less than 50 rds through it.

ELITE CARRY (1998): 1200 produced. Black anodized compact aluminum frame, stainless slide, 4” barrel, meltdown treatment on slide and frame, tritium night sights, 20 LPI checkered front strap, ambidextrous safety, aluminum match trigger, hand checkered rosewood grips. 28 oz. MSR: $1019

Made in 1998, it should be a Series I.
