My dads cw40 after shooting the 200 rounds, the mag began to fall out when a round was fired.  At first we thought it was the 185 grain bullets, but now it does it with the 160.  I have looked into the gun for some potential problems, I have even banged the gun around with my hand and the clip will not fall out.  The mag is definitly inserted fully and I am not accidentilly hitting the release from recoil.  Can anybody help?
