Are the above considered scarce or more valuable than U.S. made 92s??  

Just curious, a few years back some friends stated that if one was found it should be snatched up.

Stainless will typically command a premium over blued, but that's not unique to Beretta.

The blued Italian guns are genereally considered a bit nicer than the blued US guns, but I haven't noticed a big difference in price.

Yes & yes. The Eye-talian versions usually commend a bit more, $75-100 as far as asking price. Are they worth it? Not from what I've seen. My 92FS willhold up just fine against an Eye-talian, IMO.
