Shot my new SS 380 PPK today and was really surprised it functioned with about a 75% load, didnt expect the slide to go all the way back with just a wimpy load, then I shot the Remington 102 Golden Saber load and slam the shell ejected a long way off. Not good! I think I need a stronger spring, I will get a over power Wolff and cut it to match this load (I do this all the time with Lugers I work on) I fired the 85 Silver tip ammo by Winchester and the 102 Remington Golden Saber into wet phone books. The Silver tip went in about 6" and framented! The GS went in about 10" and stayed together and was a beautiful mushroom. I recovered it and took this picture. Wow, what a load for such a small caliber. I have also had great luck with the 165 gr GS in 10mm caliber

I've always wanted a PPK but I've been told they are jammatics.

The only time I have had a jam in my PPK was when I loaded a reload that was using an Amerc case.

Everything else I have fed it, it eats.
