Forget that gay song.

I just ordered a XD-45 ACP to round out my collection.

I already own 2 9mm and 2 .357 handguns in various sizes and flavors. Oh, and a .22LR revolver too.

I wanted a gun with a barrel I could stick my thumb in...LOL.

Gonna be about 2 weeks before I pick it up though, between the time to arrive and time to ammend my license. But soon I'll be shooting holes almost a 1/2" in diameter!

Is that all you plan on doing with it?

Hey, you sick bastard, if that's what I was planning on, my .22 would have sufficed.

5" or 4" (the barrel, damnit)? Either way, I think you will like it. It is one of the best .45's on the market for the money, mine have been 100%.

I have a feeling you're going to like it.

Dude, you're just about ready to lose control...and I suspect that you'll probably end up liking it!

This thread is so 80's. Part of me wants to puke and the other part of me feels the nostalgia.

Congrats. Give us a range report asap.

I have had mine for 12 days! Polished the sear and trigger parts and it is great. I am going to get a Springer sear because the takeup on the triggers is A LOT. Other than that, I LOVE mine! I have about 400 rounds and not a SINGLE problem, no stovepipe, no failure to do anything but go BANG! WWB, CCI Blazer, and Magtech's all worked fine. Just dropped the dough on a progressive reloader, brass, and Ranier 230 grain bullets!

With 13 rounds at a time .... it is SOOOOOO FUN!

Think you are excited now!
